After Hours Support Service

After Hours Support Service

Providing wraparound support to our 50 Lives 50 Homes clients, this team ensures people have access to critical support services whenever they need it. Providing nursing and psychosocial support to 50 Lives clients on evenings and weekends, the After Hours Support Service is a key part of our holistic and integrated approach.

The After Hours Support Service team is made up of staff from both Ruah and Homeless Health Care and support can be provided by phone or in person.

Funding support is generously provided by the WA Primary Health Alliance.
