Give the gift of kindness this Christmas.
Today, Ruah has launched our Tree of Heart Christmas appeal, providing an opportunity for people to give the gift of kindness this festive season and help spread a little joy to those who are, or are at risk of experiencing homelessness, family and domestic violence or a mental health illness.
For many, the festive season is a time of joy and a time for coming together with family and friends but at Ruah we also know that for many of the people we support in the work we do, this time of year can bring heightened feelings of stress, anxiety, depression and loneliness.
Supporting the Tree of Hearts appeal will help Ruah spread the festive spirit to those who need it most, and raises the awareness that this time of year can be hard for some of our community’s most vulnerable.
