Referring yourself, friends or family?
We understand that during this time people may need increased mental health and wellness support and our team is here to support you. Our referrals are open – if you are experiencing mental health concerns please consider accessing our services.
Ruah can accept self-referrals for Family and Domestic Violence and Homelessness services. If you are referring yourself or friends and family to us all you need to do is call 13 RUAH (13 7824) or email email@example.com
Ruah is currently accepting referrals to our Mental Health and Wellness Services from mental health clinics, GPs and medical professionals, and community organisations. Wait times for assessment and services vary, please call 13 78 24 (13 Ruah) for an estimated wait time for the relevant catchment area.

Please note, Ruah Mental Health and Wellness (MHW) intake criteria is targeted through our contract to ‘people with a severe and persistent mental illness that have ongoing clinical support guaranteed by a public mental health provider, a private psychiatrist or General Practitioner’. Accordingly, appropriate referrals to MHW can only be accepted from treating mental health professionals, with Ruah’s personalised support services being delivered in ‘shared care’ with those professionals.
